Kathryn Wilson

Kathryn’s career spans 17 years as an administration and operations leader. She brings to Mellon expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational enhancement. Kathryn comes to us from Deerfield Foundation where she served as operations manager, streamlining operations and fortifying organizational structures to support the organization's mission. Prior to her time at Deerfield Foundation, she served as an executive assistant at Deerfield Management, where she acted as a dedicated partner and project manager to the investment team. She has also worked in key administrative roles at UBS, Barclays Bank, and Lehman Brothers, among others.

She holds a BS in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. Kathryn is an active member of The Family Center as part of the Leadership Council and engages in diversity and inclusion initiatives across multiple industries in New York City.
